Booking conditionsAll rooms and packages are subject to availability and based on double occupancy. An additional fee will be imposed for single occupancy.

Your advantage: no booking fee! 

The rates quoted do not include City Tax and a Service Charge of € 5.55 per person, per night.

If you complete the online reservation form and submit it, a message will appear confirming your reservation enquiry. The hotel must first confirm your reservation enquiry: without a confirmation, your reservation or booking will not be valid.

You may choose to receive a final confirmation by post, fax or e-mail.

Please note that we cannot take into account any special preferences included in your reservation. You may specify your preferences in the ‘requests’ section, but we cannot guarantee that they will be honored.

Payment methods You must confirm your reservation by quoting your valid credit card details or by transferring the appropriate amount.

Please deposit the costs of your stay to the following bank account: Rabobank number 12.92.03.343, quoting your name, folio number and arrival date. Any additional costs accrued may be paid at the hotel.

Cancellation Policy

If a reservation for only hotel accommodation is made, either with or without breakfast, for one or more individuals then the following applies to the cancellation of this reservation.

In case of Cancellation 3 days before the Commencement Date, the Customer is obliged to pay 60% of the Reservation Value to the Hotel Establishment.

In case of Cancellation between 1 day and 3 days before the Commencement Date, the Customer is obliged to pay 85% of the Reservation Value to the Hotel Establishment.

In case of Cancellation on the Commencement Date, the Customer is obliged to pay 100% of the Reservation Value to the Hotel Establishment.
